SCAM ALERT!

  WE DO NOT COLLECT MONEY FOR CREDIT CARD COMPANIES, PAYDAY ADVANCE COMPANIES, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF MONEY LENDING COMPANY.

  It has recently been brought to our attention that someone is impersonating our office and attempting to collect money from individuals by telephone in many different States.

  We DO NOT practice outside of California.  We DO NOT engage in collection activity against consumer debtors.  We DO NOT call any individuals for the collection of money.  Our debt practice involves defending consumers against debt collection companies and debt collection lawsuits.  The only type of Plaintiff side debt collection activity that we engage in is between businesses via actual lawsuits.

  If you have been contacted by anyone who is attempting to collect a debt and claiming to be from this office, please contact your local authorities and report this crime.  In addition to contacting your local authorities, please also contact our office directly at (888) 737-8657 so we too can forward the information to our local authorities.
